Bennett Briegal LLP In The Press: Senior Partners and Managing Partners

Our Paul Bennett was delighted to contribute to the Law Society Gazette article in relation to Senior and Managing Partners and their relationship in light of our experience of advising those occupying both roles across the legal profession. 

We were able to raise our specialism in mediation to partnerships because sometimes there is need for healthy friction and sense checking to avoid group think and sometimes there can just be friction due to a personality clash or a different approach.
